Representing my Business Unit, I gathered business requirements from my team while working with the UI/UX consultancy and IT vendor to relook the website architecture and design, and conducted enterprise-level User Acceptance Testing on the CMS Components.
Refreshed Mobile App Preview
Mobile App Refresh (Digital Payments and Loyalty Rewards Programme for Retail Malls and Workspaces)
I managed design consultancies and department-wide stakeholders, and communicated product strategy to management for buy-in. This included gathering requirements, managing the timeline, reviewing mobile analytics, and recruitment of participants for user interviews.

To facilitate customer support and marketing campaigns, I wrote copy and designed conversation flows for LLM chatbot on the chatbot management system.
